You literally need carbs to survive. People who menstruate need extra carbs around when your period comes.
Weight gain is not as simple as calories in/calories out, and weight isn’t indicative of health. Denying yourself the food you want to eat just feeds into the toxic capitalist diet industry propaganda and can cause ed.
And yes, eating carbs will help prevent you from committing murder.
